The minimum order value is 5,000 USD or 5,000 EUR.
Can I request samples?
Yes. Samples are free of charge, but courier costs are covered by the buyer.

Do you provide notarized copies of your certificates?
Yes, notarized copies of Free Sale Certificates, ISO or CE documents can be provided upon request.
Can you support product registration in my country?
Yes. Since we export to over 40 countries, we already have complete registration documents available.

Do you provide technical support during registration?
Yes. Our regulatory team assists distributors throughout the registration process.

Payment and Commercial Terms

Which currencies do you work with?
We accept USD and EUR.
Which payment methods are available?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C), and Cash Against Documents (CAD).
Do you accept bank guarantees or letters of credit?
Yes, both are accepted for large-volume or long-term agreements.
What are the payment terms for new distributors?
Usually T/T in advance, but conditions can be discussed after initial cooperation.
